We are not liable for damages arising from AI-generated content.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle. All billing and tax processing is handled by Paddle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove stored data after a reasonable period.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the platform, software, branding, and related materials.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload through the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability. We may update, suspend, or modify the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service means you accept any updated terms.
